SAME DAY DELIVERY IS AVAILABLE FOR CONFIRMED ORDERS BEFORE 11AM (PST) ON WEEKDAYS.

$35 to Mission, Chilliwack, Vancouver, UBC, North Vancouver & West Vancouver.

Order/Delivery Disclaimers

Our designers pride in creating every flower arrangement by hand.  We will deliver it to the recipient from our location in Cloverdale, B.C. in a timely manner according to your instructions.
DELIVERY AREAS

We are able to deliver to all areas of the Metro Vancouver including Surrey, Vancouver, Burnaby, Port Moody, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Richmond, Delta, Ladner, Tsawwassen,  White Rock, Langley, Aldergrove, Pitt Meadows and Maple Ridge. We are also able to  deliver to anywhere in BC, Canada, the US and World wide.

SAME DAY DELIVERY

All of our gifts and arrangements can be delivered on the same day that it is ordered as long as your request is submitted before 11 Am Pacific Standard Time (PST) weekdays. Any orders that are received after this time will be delivered on the following business day.
Please bear in mind that some special floral requests may require more time and local traffic conditions may cause unexpected delays.

SUNDAYS AND STATUTORY HOLIDAYS DELIVERIES

We are open weekdays and Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays and Statutory Holidays. Please phone us at 604 576 6729 for possible Sundays & Statutory Holidays deliveries.

SPECIFIC DELIVERY TIME REQUESTS

We will do our best to accommodate your request for the time of delivery, but due to the number of deliveries we have per day, we are not able to guarantee any specific time. We will notify you by text message or phone you  with the estimated time of arrival.

DELIVERY TO APARTMENTS OR CONDO

For delivery to condominiums, apartments or gated communities, we require the recipient’s contact phone number so that we may ascertain if any special permission is required to enter the building or community area.

DELIVERY TO HOSPITALS AND CARE HOMES

Oceana Florist delivers personally to all of the local hospitals, nursing homes and care facilities. When placing the order, please include the recipient’s name, the hospital’s phone number and the recipient’s room number. We will contact the facility to ensure that they are able to accept flowers. Some hospitals and nursing homes do not allow personal deliveries to be made to those in their care in which case we will deliver to the reception area, or nursing station.

RECIPIENT NOT HOME

When our delivery driver arrives at a location, and the recipient is not home, we may do one of the following:

  • Leave the arrangement in a covered and secured area near the door.
  • Leave the gift with a neighbour, as well as phone the recipient advising that we have done the delivery.
ORDER SUBSTITUTIONS

There may be times when particular flowers or containers are not available for our use at the time they are ordered. If this should happen, we will then make every effort to find a suitable replacement that will meet the same levels of quality and value as the original, and one that maintains the standards set for style, theme and color. We only substitute items of equal or greater value as the original, never less.

EXTREME TRAFFIC, WEATHER AND INACCESSIBLE LOCATIONS

Sometimes, the exact date and time of delivery cannot be met due to extenuating circumstances, which may be beyond our control, as in times of extreme traffic or weather conditions. If it should happen that your gift cannot be delivered as arranged due to traffic or weather conditions, an inability to gain access to the delivery site, special order considerations or delays, we will make every effort to contact you, the sender or the recipient and alert them about the delay.
Unless you request otherwise, in any situation where we cannot deliver your gift on time, in the manner you requested, we will reschedule your delivery for the next available delivery date and time. We apologize but refunds or discounts are not available for delays caused by events beyond our control such as traffic and weather.
